Information submitted through our website is processed by trusted third-party providers, including Tally (forms) and Google (Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Apps Script), whose servers may be located outside Malaysia. By submitting your data, you consent to this transfer. Access is limited to authorized ACU AGENCY staff, and your data is never sold or rented to third parties.

5. Data Retention 资料保留期限
Applications that do not proceed are kept for up to 12 months so that we can contact you about future opportunities, after which they are deleted. Business inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting cooperation.
未录取的申请资料最多保留 12 个月，以便日后有合适机会时联系您，期满后删除。商务咨询资料只在处理该咨询及后续合作所需期间内保留。
6. Your Rights 您的权利
Under the PDPA, you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing acuagencyofficial@gmail.com. We will respond within 21 days.
